    Your Company really let our Club down. It started with Jackie and just has gotten worse. You offered us 13 bags at a price match + the 15% team discount. Then, Jackie comes in and unilaterally revokes the deal and calls Kameron young and new as the excuse. This is deplorable customer service and just plain wrong. You didn't only disappoint me, as a customer, by 13 boys were counting on your company. You let them down.
